Dear Reiki friends,
my friend S. born 1980, resident in Gümligen/BE, is currently suffering an extreme relapse of her accident trauma (post-traumatic stress disorder), a car accident she was the victim of in 2003.
Currently still an inpatient at the clinic, she will be gradually prepared for her life “after” the clinic after months of stay starting tomorrow.
It scares her, she has hardly any strength, is exhausted because of all the therapies and the work on herself.

“The first 2 days I felt stronger, but also had some headaches (especially crown chakra), I had that in the past when I was with other healers. Then came the 4 nights with nightmares, they were bad, robbed me of all energy, hardly wanted to get up, cried for hours. And then, when the nightmares were over and I felt stronger again with a good 2 nights delay, now there is actually mostly confidence that I can do it, or I don’t think about it so much in advance, but only shortly before, and then I do it (sometimes very nervous, but it goes).”
