Gall bladder surgery in a hurry

Period: 10.12.2017 - 24.12.2017
Protocol entries: 3
Area(s): Operation, Pain, Weakness

A Reiki student in Athens, friend of Misha, will have a major surgery on Tuesday, which was hastily scheduled. Because of a suspicious ulcer, her gallbladder is removed. She has severe and persistent pain. She can hardly move anymore and is correspondingly mentally battered.

L.’s sister-in-law, an experienced Reiki woman, accompanies L. on site with Reiki. But she literally has only two hands, which are also busy with the rest of the family. Therefore, let’s support L. with our remote treatments.

    After the surgery

From a text message we learn that the surgery went well. M. is still in pain, but considering all the circumstances, she is doing better than could have been expected. This text message came from a relative and aspiring doctor who knows what she is talking about.

We will continue until Christmas and in between we will certainly get another report.

    "Movement...

I am very pleased to be able to pass on this interim report to you:

    M. is recovering well. She was able to go home just 48 hours after the procedure because she had “movement” in her intestines. The following day, the catheter and dressing could be removed at the surgeon’s office. She has tolerable pain and it is getting better. She is already moving around the house very briskly, even though she is taking a painkiller.

She is impressed by the help she receives from so many Reiki helpers and expresses her gratitude.

This info comes from the family of M. All are grateful that we support them for another week, because important examinations are coming soon.

    All fine - Christmas gift

Good news coming from windy Greece!

The results of the biopsy came today and the doctor said everything was fine. “A villous adenoma with profound malformation”. Which means: M. was very lucky to have discovered what could have potentially become malignant.”

She is doing very well after surgery. The case supervisor saw her yesterday and M. had not used any pain medication for 24 hours and all pain, irritability, etc. is reduced to the scar area. She is cheerful and optimistic. The doctor will see her on Wednesday and is expected to discharge her back to daily life with some follow-up recommendations.

We thank all who have helped us with Reiki and wish a Merry Christmas!
