I’m stuck: emotionally, physically, mentally. And that’s on a fundamental level. Even Reiki does not work.
Spine, mainly solar plexus. Concern to have a focused flow of energy again.

Space and relaxationAfter a week of Reiki: In the first two days again space around me. Reiki has shifted to a higher level and is more relaxing to my energy field now.
It would be fantastic if my body had an effect as well. The complete torso has been squeezed off.
I had a physical breakdown yesterday (for half a day). Reiki goes its own way. Unfortunately still not stable.

LighterIt is still easier to keep Reiki at a high level, which has an effect on my inner being and I can create space to breathe. Can keep the chaos more in order. It sounds like nothing at all, but the processes that are running blow me away completely. Ergo a thousand thanks for the energetic lift over. Body hopefully follows.
