Summer without ticks:
I spent the summer of 2006 in Mallorca with my dog. I was strongly advised a special dog collar to protect the dog from ticks and other vermin.
Out of sheer uncertainty, I bought the Scalibor collar at the pharmacy for 20.00 Euros and put it on my dog for the entire summer. And indeed: no ticks!
Also in Hamburg I bought again the collar to be safe from ticks & Co.
When I got pregnant, a friend (who is a biologist) strongly advised me against this collar because it contains highly toxic substances. I then dispensed with the collar,
although we went with friends and dogs to the tick stronghold Denmark.
Thus, I let the dog run through the forest without tick protection. Our friends dabbed biological drops into their dogs’ coats for bugs and ticks.
I, on the other hand, thought of trying Reiki and giving Reiki to my dog and the forest every day, bombarding it with symbols, asking to put my dog in
Quietly rummage through the forest and come home without ticks .
The dogs of our friends were subjected to a strict tick control every evening and freed from various vermin.
My dog actually had not ONE SINGLE tick the entire summer without a collar!!!! I am totally grateful (and proud) that this worked :-))
Also, I could play with my dog in peace and pet her without fear of inhaling or touching any toxins through the collar.
Reiki is therefore also against ticks & Co. a gentle alternative 🙂
