In the fall of 2015, it was determined that my husband would have to have a new artificial shoulder joint. This is a serious surgery and both the surgery and rehab are not easy. I did a lot of pre-work with Reiki and a few days before the surgery my husband also got a Reiki activation. The surgery went very well and the healing process was also great. The doctors were always amazed at how well he was doing (he is 75 years old). When he was discharged from the hospital, the attending physician told him he was already at least 4 weeks ahead in the healing process.
