Server log files

We will retain the data you provide on the contact form until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for its storage, or the purpose for its storage no longer pertains (e.g. after fulfilling your request). Any mandatory statutory provisions, especially those regarding mandatory data retention periods, remain unaffected by this provision.
Processing of data (customer and contract data)
We collect, process, and use personal data only insofar as it is necessary to establish, or modify legal relationships with us (master data). 4. Social media
Share content via plugins (Facebook, Twitter)
The content on our pages can be shared on other social networks like Facebook and Twitter. This page uses the Sharrif plugin. This tool establishes direct contact between the networks and users only after users click on one of these buttons.
This tool does not automatically transfer user data to the operators of these platforms. If users are logged into one or more of the social networks, the Like and Share buttons for Facebook and Twitter will display an information window in which the user can edit the text before it is sent.
Our users can share the content of this page on social networks without their providers creating profiles of users’ surfing behavior.
5. Analytics and advertising
Matomo (formerly Piwik)
Your privacy is very important to us, and we are committed to respecting and protecting it. For this reason, we use Matomo Analytics on our website.
Matomo is an open-source web analytics platform that enables us to understand better how our users interact with our website, which helps us improve its functionality and user experience.
No Cookies
We have configured Matomo not to use cookies. This means that we do not store any files on your device when you visit our website. Unlike other common tracking tools, our use of Matomo does not require any form of consent for cookies since we don’t use them.
Anonymised Tracking
In line with our commitment to respect and protect your privacy, we have set Matomo to only track anonymised data. Matomo anonymises your IP address immediately after collection, ensuring no personal data about you is stored or processed. This anonymised data is solely used to analyse website usage trends, administer the website, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. Individual browsing behavior cannot be tracked.
You may choose to prevent this website from aggregating and analyzing the actions you take here. Doing so will protect your privacy, but will also prevent the owner from learning from your actions and creating a better experience for you and other users.
6. Newsletter
Newsletter data
If you would like to receive our newsletter, we require a valid email address as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the specified email address and that you agree to receive this newsletter. No additional data is collected or is only collected on a voluntary basis. We only use this data to send the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties.

The data provided when registering for the newsletter will be used to distribute the newsletter until you cancel your subscription when said data will be deleted. Data we have stored for other purposes (e.g. email addresses for the members area) remain unaffected.
You will also receive the newsletter if you attend a seminar with us and provide us with your e-mail address voluntarily and for the purpose of contacting us and sending you the newsletter.
7. Plugins and tools
Captcha
A captcha plugin called “Math Captcha” from Digital Factory, ul. Skrzetuskiego 26 A, 15-698 Białystok PL is used to protect comments from unwanted access by malware and robots. This plugin uses cookies to function correctly. These are set for each visit to the website, then deleted and not evaluated.
Firewall
The firewall plugin “Ninja Firewall” from NinTechNet, 38, Soi Ladprao 94, Wang Thonglang, Bangkok 10310, Thailand stores the IP address required for the firewall to function in anonymous form by removing the last 3 characters. These are stored on our own server for 7 days and then deleted.
“Ninja Firewall” complies with the Data Protection Ordinance DSGVO/GDPR. As the operator of this website, we have a legitimate interest in protecting our website from unauthorized access by unauthorized network access.
NinTechNet, the developer of the plugin, does not collect any private data of visitors and has no access to the logs.
