1 month after Reiki I writes B.: Since I have been doing the self-treatment I feel much better. Since the beginning of menopause, I very often had a slightly depressed mood, although I was aware that I had no reason to. I found that I felt best on the days around the full moon. Since starting self-treatment, I have felt good every day – just a happy, more content mood! I definitely feel better.
After 2 months: I feel very good, better than I have in years, and clearly since I have been doing an hour-long self-treatment every day (or at least almost every day).
I think I have also become calmer.
