On December 24, without warning, U. P. received a diagnosis of advanced-stage liver cancer. He had melanoma in his eye 18 years ago, which was treated and judged cured after 5 years. Now it has metastasized to the liver. The only therapy available is immunotherapy, with the hope of stopping the cancer for a while.

Mental and physical improvementFeedback from his wife:
Immunotherapy has begun. He has received 2 x infusions so far and will receive 2 more. Then further consideration is given.
For a week now, my husband has been feeling better both mentally and physically. He’s up all day walking the dog again. Before that, he was almost only sleeping.
It certainly helps him.
